Based on a book by Nancy Springer, Enola Holmes will feature Brown as the younger sister of Cavill’s Sherlock Holmes. The project is being produced by Legendary Entertainment and will be released through Netflix everywhere but China.

The 80s-throwback sci-fi series Stranger Things has long been a hit for the streaming service, and The Witcher made huge waves online at the end of 2019 — to the point that people are still referencing it in games like Animal Crossing: New Horizons. To bring the stars of those two series together seems like a sure-fire win for Netflix, assuming its production goes well.
Arguably one of the big reasons for Netflix’s recent success is the documentary series Tiger King, which has broken a number of records for the service since its release.
Enola Holmes is in production for Netflix.
