Williams was treated to cortisone shots and received platelet rich plasma injections in both ankles and will sit out for the team's Wednesday game against the Golden State Warriors. Brooklyn also plays the Heat on Friday and Raptors on Saturday.
The Nets star, who has had chronic ankle problems, will be re-evaluated at the end of the week.
