Speaking to Polygon during a recent New York City press event, Overwatch director Jeff Kaplan revealed that the team are currently working on a second “season” of animated short films. Although the most recent film was the aforementioned Sombra short, Kaplan considers the first “season” to have concluded with"The Last Bastion," the heartfelt origin story of Overwatch’s lovable robot that premiered last August. These animated shorts not only served as a way to build hype prior to the release of Overwatch, the films were also a unique and fun way of expanding the game’s universe and lore....

A report by Bloomberg reveals that Apple is getting ready to release a new iPhone soon and this smartphone model will be cheaper and smaller than any of the phones the company has released in the last three years. Apple is planning to put the new iPhone into production in February and will aim to launch it in March. There have been several rumored names for the device and one popular suggestion is the iPhone SE 2 as the new phone will likely be a successor to the more affordable iPhone SE Apple launched in 2016....

EA and Dice have kept excitement around Battlefield 1 at a fever pitch by debuting the alpha gameplay at E3 2016, and subsequently releasing a number of gameplay trailers that show off the game’s classes and weapons.
